Wonder is seeking a General Manager to run a location with a shared kitchen serving multiple brands and delivery channels. You will lead a multifunctional team, own the local P&L, and drive operating performance across labor, costs, and guest experience.

You will manage both employees and contracted partners, maintain brand standards, and foster collaboration with partners and internal teams. This role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-growing, complex environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations.
• Experience in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce.
• Strong P&L ownership and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Lead a blended on-site workforce of employees and contracted partners.
• Drive labor efficiency, food costs, and operational margins.
• Represent Wonder in the local partner ecosystem.
