Job summary

Wonder is hiring a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen location serving multiple brands and channels. You’ll own the local P&L, manage a hybrid team of hourly staff and contract partners, and drive operations across dine-in, pickup, and delivery with a focus on safety, quality, and guest experience.

This role requires 3+ years of leadership in high-volume settings, strong collaboration across functions, and a hands-on approach to coaching and operations in a fast-growing platform

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations
• Experience in logistics, hospitality, or eCommerce
• Proven track record of driving KPIs and P&L outcomes
• Experience managing on-site and contracted staff across brands

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery)
• Optimize labor, throughput, and service execution to meet business needs
• Ensure labor, food safety, and compliance standards are met
• Manage inventory, waste reduction, and shelf-life adherence
• Own the location’s P&L and drive financial performance
• Lead cross-brand, multi-operator collaboration in a shared kitchen
