Job summary

Wonder seeks a General Manager to lead a multi-brand, multi-channel kitchen operation. You will own the local P&L and oversee a blended team of employees and contract staff, ensuring top-notch service, quality and efficiency.

In this role, you will optimize labor, manage inventory, and collaborate with finance, culinary, procurement and logistics to drive cost savings and revenue growth across dine-in, pickup and delivery channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leading high-volume operations.
• Demonstrated success in full P&L ownership and driving operational results.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across finance, HR, logistics, culinary and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery).
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput and service execution; forecast demand and manage inventory.
• Manage a blended on-site workforce of internal employees and contracted staff; coach and develop leaders-in-training.
• Take ownership of the location’s P&L and drive labor, food cost and margin improvements.
