Wonder is hiring a General Manager to lead a shared kitchen serving multiple brands and delivery methods. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment, and own the local P&L while driving labor efficiency and guest experience.

You’ll manage a blended on-site workforce and contracted partners, coach managers, and build a high-performing team. The role requires 3+ years in high-volume operations and a data-driven approach to growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading high-volume, complex operations
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and financial accountability
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with finance, HR, logistics, culinary, and partners

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment channels (dine-in, pickup, delivery)
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory, waste, and shelf life; manage vendor relations and partnerships
• Drive KPIs and financial performance; own location P&L
• Lead, coach, and develop a blended on-site workforce and contracted partners
