Job summary

Parking Management Company seeks a Sales Manager to grow business across Commercial Parking, Hospitality, and Hotel Self-Parking. You will identify opportunities, build partnerships, and present tailored solutions via PMC Valet, PMC Stay, and PMC Pay.

A hospitality-driven approach will guide outreach, discovery, and deal closure across three market verticals. You will lead strategic sales planning, prospecting, and relationship-building to drive pipeline velocity and revenue growth while

Qualifications

1–3+ years of B2B outbound prospecting or SDR experience (parking, hospitality, SaaS, or tech preferred).
Proven ability to cold call and run multi-channel sequences with confidence and professionalism.
Track record of booking 15+ discovery meetings/month in prior roles.
Agile mindset with ability to adapt and evolve ways of working as business processes and systems mature.

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients across three verticals.
Represent PMC at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to strengthen brand presence.
Identify and engage high-potential accounts using multiple data sources and book discovery meetings.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for three verticals aligned with growth goals.
