Job summary

Parking Management Company (PMC) is seeking a hands-on Hotel Self Parking Manager to coordinate multiple hotel self-parking accounts across a designated territory. You will supervise hourly associates, manage daily processes, and nurture client partnerships to drive consistent results and a superior guest experience.

The role emphasizes client relationships, on-site leadership, and achieving targets while supporting growth opportunities for the Sales Team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; at least three years of supervisory experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main contact for each property, foster open communication, promptly address concerns, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Daily Operational Oversight: Manage scheduling, staffing, and quality assurance; conduct site visits to identify and resolve issues.
• Financial and Administrative Tasks: Track site-level revenue, payroll, and expenses; collaborate with leadership on cost-control measures.
• Team Supervision and Training: Recruit and train hourly staff; set performance goals and provide coaching.
• Communication and Reporting: Provide regular status updates and performance reports to leadership; coordinate during emergencies or time-sensitive situations.
