Gracious Hospitality Management in New York leads an expanding portfolio of acclaimed restaurants and concepts. We seek a dynamic General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and uphold exceptional guest experiences.

The GM will lead a talented team, ensure DOH compliance, manage schedules, and maintain top-tier service standards across three venues. A hospitality or culinary degree is preferred; alcohol service certification within 6 months is expected.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, understand English and follow instructions.
• Email and phone communication required.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Positive, results-oriented, team-player mentality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and office tools.
• Leadership qualities to train and supervise staff.
• Legal age to serve alcohol and certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales and profit plans aligned with budgets.
• Oversees daily financial reporting and cash management.
• Manage inventory and procurement for select categories.
• Open/close duties and staff scheduling.
• Direct hourly staff and provide clear guidance.
• Ensure DOH compliance and safety standards.
• Maintain high food and drink quality and consistency.
• Coach and evaluate team members to elevate service.
