Formación

• Previous GM or senior restaurant leadership experience.
• Opening experience; building SOPs and SOS.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the floor.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
• 3+ years with a company.
