• Previous experience as a General Manager or in a comparable senior restaurant leadership role
• Restaurant opening experience; building SOPs and SOS
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls
• Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the floor
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment
• Loyalty and recent longevity; 3+ years with a company
