Horizon Hospitality Associates, Inc. is seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee a high-profile restaurant and specialty retail concept in Manhattan.

This hands-on leader will drive guest service, team development, and community engagement at a premier, high-traffic location. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a GM/AGM in food & beverage, strong financial acumen to manage labor, COGS and budgets, and a willingness to travel 4–5 weeks for comprehensive onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a General Manager or AGM from a restaurant or F&B operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day operations for a combined restaurant and specialty retail concept.
• Oversee team hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and career development of team members.
• Manage store financial performance, including P&L accountability, labor optimization, COGS, and inventory control using POS systems.
• Foster an engaging guest service culture focused on high operational standards, food safety, and brand compliance.
• Drive community engagement, local store marketing, and local vendor partnerships to grow annual revenues.
• Maintain open, proactive communication with regional and corporate support teams across HR, finance, and supply chain.
