Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Retail management experience: at least 1 year required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales or leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Strong English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and staff in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and manage guest questions and concerns.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and retain store associates.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and compliance prior to opening/closing shifts.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll and timekeeping.
• Oversee inventory control, loss prevention, and merchandising per guidelines.
• Coordinate Omni-Channel orders and in-store fulfillment.
• Communicate with District Manager to implement store initiatives.
