Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity and drive sales performance.
• Deliver best-in-class guest service and promote store promotions.
• Operate POS system, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll/ time off in accordance with policy.
• Recruit, train, and develop store associates to meet performance goals.
• Oversee inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to maximize sales.
