Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required; 3+ years in retail sales/guest service/leadership preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred; outgoing personality with strong people skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead in a multiunit capacity and drive store performance.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and promote loyalty programs.
• Recruit, interview, hire, develop, and retain associates.
• Ensure onboarding and training before shifts; enforce policies and safety.
• Schedule staff to meet guest service and sales goals; manage payroll.
• Maintain visual and operational standards; oversee inventory and events.
• Lead Omni-Channel initiatives and fulfill online orders daily.
• Count, balance, and reconcile daily POS transactions; handle bank deposits.
