Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business/marketing/merchandising degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multiunit store operations and oversee sales goals.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests.
• Maintain visual and operational store standards.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and staffing.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates.
• Ensure onboarding and policy compliance.
• Protect assets with inventory controls and loss prevention.
• Coordinate Omni-Channel orders fulfillment.
• Communicate with District Manager and implement store initiatives.
