Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• At least 3 years of retail sales/guest service/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Promote store initiatives and nurture guest relationships to drive sales.
• Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person and by phone in a courteous manner.
• Promote loyalty programs and guest benefits (new title reservations, trade-ins, Pro Rewards).
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop associates; ensure onboarding and training before shifts.
• Schedule staff to optimize guest service and manage breaks.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention to meet sales goals.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare end‑of‑day reports and deposits.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies.
