Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Promote loyalty programs and promotions to guests.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop store associates.
• Ensure onboarding and training before shifts and adherence to policies.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll and breaks.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Meet sales, profit, and shrink goals; manage administrative duties.
