Job summary

Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to coordinate and support all activities within an assigned geographic area, train and coach managers, create plans and set business goals for the restaurants, and be a team player.

Day-to-day you will train shift managers, develop staffing, lead staff to meet operating standards, drive sales using reports, and support local and national marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful, operational management experience in a restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to hire, coach and develop staff.
• Strong math and accounting knowledge; computer literacy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Training shift managers, assistant managers and managers on operational excellence.
• Developing and maintaining staffing levels for all managers and assistant managers.
• Providing leadership to all managers and staff to ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Champion staff in efforts to achieve sales goals with reports highlighting opportunities.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives.
