Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to coordinate and support all activities within the assigned geographic area, train and coach managers, set business goals for the restaurants, and be a collaborative team player.

Daily duties include training shift managers and staff on operational excellence, developing staffing plans, ensuring compliance with standards, driving sales through performance reports, and supporting local marketing initiatives.

Formación

• Must have an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Basic math and accounting skills are imperative for managing store operations.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach and develop staff within a restaurant environment.

Responsabilidades
