Job summary

Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to lead four focus areas: coordinating activities in the assigned geographic area, training and coaching managers, creating plans and goals for the restaurants, and being a team player. You will train shift managers and develop staffing levels to support operations.

You will provide leadership to staff to ensure standards are met, champion sales goals using reports, and support local and national marketing initiatives. Full Time/Part Time vary by location.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic math and accounting with strong analytical/decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to hire, coach and develop staff.
• Computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support activities within the assigned geographic area.
• Train shift managers, assistant managers and managers on operational excellence.
• Develop staffing levels for all managers and assistants.
• Provide leadership to ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Drive sales goals using reports and highlight opportunities.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
