Job summary

Subway - 7340-0 is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to coordinate and support activities across an assigned geographic area. You will train and coach managers, create plans, and work as a team player to hit business goals.

Your day will include training shift managers, maintaining staffing levels, leading staff to meet standards, and supporting marketing initiatives while ensuring proper use of reports to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational management experience in a restaurant.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and coach managers and staff.
• Strong math and accounting basics; proficiency with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach shift managers, assistant managers and managers on operational excellence.
• Develop staffing plans for all managers and assistant managers.
• Provide leadership to ensure compliance with operating standards and drive sales goals.
• Champion staff in achieving sales targets using provided reports.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
