Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee operations across an assigned geographic area. You will train and coach restaurant managers, set business goals, and ensure high standards of operating excellence.

You will develop staffing plans and support marketing initiatives while collaborating with the team to drive sales and guest satisfaction. The role emphasizes strong communication, team leadership, and analytical decision making.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of successful operational management experience in a restaurant environment.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic math and accounting with strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to hire, coach and develop staff; computer knowledge is essential.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support all activities within assigned geographic area.
• Train, coach and support restaurant managers.
• Create plans and set business goals for assigned restaurants.
• Be a team player.
• Train shift managers, assistant managers and managers on operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain staffing levels for all managers and assistant managers.
• Provide leadership to all managers and staff to ensure adherence to operating standards.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
