Job summary

Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee four main areas: coordinating operations within the geographic area, training and coaching managers, creating plans and business goals for assigned restaurants, and being a strong team player.

You will train shift managers, develop staffing levels, provide leadership to ensure compliance with standards, drive sales using reports, and support local and national marketing initiatives across restaurants.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational management experience in a restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and staff development skills.
• Ability to work across multi-unit operations.
