Subway is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to coordinate and support activities within a defined geographic area and to train, coach, and assist restaurant managers. This role involves setting business goals, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with operating standards across multiple locations.

You will develop staffing, support marketing initiatives, and drive sales performance while maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational management experience in a restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff and manage cost/control.
