Job summary

Subway is hiring a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. You will coordinate activities, train and coach managers, and set business goals for the assigned restaurants. Leadership will be needed to ensure standards, staffing, and budgeting align with sales targets.

You will play a key role in developing staff, driving operational excellence, and supporting local and national marketing initiatives. A strong background in restaurant management is required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of successful operational management experience in a restaurant environment.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic math and accounting skills with analytical/decision-making ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support activities within assigned geographic area.
