Capstone Restaurant Group in Johnson City, TN is seeking a District Manager to lead Restaurant Management Teams across the district, ensuring top performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires extensive restaurant experience, multi-unit leadership, and strong financial planning skills. Travel to store locations 4-5 days per week is expected; a valid driver's license is required. The position offers competitive pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit experience preferred).
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure district teams are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate each restaurant’s QSC standards and coach for improvement; conduct inspections.
• Communicate customer comments to the Restaurant Manager and follow up for timely resolution.
• Provide orientation, training, and development opportunities for General Managers and GMITs.
• Train, coach, and give regular feedback to motivate performance of Team Members.
• Recruit and promote General Managers and GMITs; align management with restaurant needs.
• Analyze business performance and initiate corrective actions to meet financial targets.
• Support marketing programs and evaluate local restaurant marketing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies and maintain high food safety standards.
