Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to oversee a portfolio of 5–8 locations in Sunset Corners, FL. You will lead restaurant managers, coach staff, and drive sales, guest satisfaction and brand standards across the portfolio.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing managers, analyzing performance, coordinating with franchise owners, and ensuring execution of marketing initiatives, new products, and operating standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant managers to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Analyze sales and operations to improve performance across the portfolio.
• Recruit, hire and develop restaurant managers for each location.
• Plan and monitor performance, provide feedback and appraisals.
• Coordinate with franchise owners and Dunkin Brands Field Operations as needed.
• Deliver training on marketing windows, LTOs and brand initiatives.
• Develop business plans and action plans for the portfolio.
• Lead team meetings and communicate clear vision.
