Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to lead a portfolio of 5-8 stores in the West Palm Beach area, reporting to the Franchisee and Operations leadership. You will train, coach, and develop restaurant managers to uphold brand standards, guest service, and profitability.

Responsibilities include analyzing store performance, executing marketing initiatives, and building strong local teams. Prior multi-unit or hospitality management experience is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant managers.
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review restaurant employee performance.
• Manage and coordinate the Restaurant Management team to support their restaurant performance & execution.
• Coach Restaurant Managers to drive sales, improve profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Lead team meetings and deliver training on marketing windows and Brand initiatives.
• Ensure portfolios meet Brand standards and guest experience targets.
