Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager for the Orlando and Miami portfolio. The role leads a district of approximately 5-8 restaurants, coaching managers and ensuring top guest service and Brand standards.

You will analyze sales, develop business plans with franchise owners, and drive profitability across locations while delivering training on marketing initiatives and new products.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math and financial management.
• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5-8 restaurants within portfolio.
• Ensure all locations meet Brand standards and food safety.
• Analyze restaurant sales and drive profitability.
• Develop business plans with franchise owners.
• Lead team meetings and provide training to managers.
• Coach managers to improve guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Engage with Brand Operations as appropriate.
