Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to lead a portfolio of 5-8 restaurants. You will coach restaurant managers, drive sales, and ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction across all units.

You will analyze performance, implement improvements, and provide training on marketing initiatives while coordinating with franchise owners. Strong English communication and financial skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College degree preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of 5-8 restaurants and support Restaurant Managers to meet Brand standards.
• Analyze sales and drive improvements in operations, profitability and guest service.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant managers.
• Deliver training on marketing windows, LTOs and Brand initiatives.
