Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to lead a portfolio of 5–8 restaurants in Florida. You will coach, develop and align restaurant teams with brand standards while driving guest satisfaction, sales and operational excellence across the portfolio.

You will partner with franchise owners and the Dunkin Brands Field Operations team to implement programs, train managers on marketing windows and new product launches, and ensure consistent execution of brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use basic financial tools.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform all duties of restaurant team members and restaurant managers.
• Ensure all restaurants in their portfolio are meeting Brand operational standards and food safety standards.
• Analyze restaurant sales and drive improvement in restaurant operations, execution, sales and profitability.
• Understand local marketing area and competitor trends.
• Establish sales and service goals with franchise owners and restaurant managers.
• Provide great guest service and resolve issues.
• Lead team meetings and deliver training to restaurant managers on topics including marketing windows and LTOs.
• Ensure that restaurants correctly execute new products and processes in a marketing window.
• Develop business plans for their portfolio and action plans with franchise owners.
• Drive a clear vision and communicate effectively with the team.
• Engage with Dunkin’ Brands Field Operations team as appropriate.
