Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to lead a portfolio of restaurants and drive operational excellence. You will coach restaurant managers, ensure brand standards, and align local actions with company goals to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning and hands-on training across marketing windows, new products, and store-level execution within a franchise-owned network.

Qualifications

• 3 years multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant managers to ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Analyze sales and drive improvements in operations, execution, sales and profitability.
• Develop business plans with franchise owners and set action plans for the portfolio.
