Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to lead a portfolio of 5-8 restaurants, drive sales, and uphold Brand standards. The role focuses on operations, guest service, and profitability while coaching managers.

You will coordinate training, implement marketing initiatives, and develop business plans with franchise owners. Strong English skills and prior multi-unit experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College degree preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support restaurant managers to ensure Brand standards and guest service excellence.
• Analyze sales, drive improvements in operations, and maximize profitability across portfolios.
• Develop business plans and action plans with franchise owners to meet targets.
• Lead trainings for managers on marketing initiatives, new products, and operational standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop restaurant managers and oversee performance.
