Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to lead 5-8 restaurants in the Deerfield Beach area. You will coach restaurant managers, ensure brand standards and food safety, and drive sales and profitability across the portfolio.

You will analyze performance, develop local marketing plans with franchise owners, and deliver comprehensive training on brand initiatives and new products to maintain guest satisfaction and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• 3 years previous multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant managers across 5–8 locations.
• Ensure portfolio restaurants meet brand standards and food safety.
• Analyze sales and drive improvements in operations and profitability.
• Develop and execute local marketing plans with franchise owners.
• Deliver training on marketing windows, LTOs and brand initiatives.
• Communicate vision and coordinate with Dunkin Brands Field Operations.
