Qualifications

• 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in QSR or fast-casual environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and drive performance-based decisions.
• Proven track record of improving operations and developing management teams.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop General Managers and management teams to meet performance goals.
• Conduct regular in-store visits to monitor standards and execution.
• Analyze financial performance and implement plans for profitability and sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
• Lead local marketing and community initiatives while promoting a guest-first culture.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and support rollout of new initiatives.
