Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an Area Supervisor to provide strategic operational leadership for multiple quick service restaurant locations in Los Angeles. The role focuses on team development, guest satisfaction, and driving business growth with a hands-on, people-centric approach.

You will lead General Managers, manage P&L and costs, and ensure brand standards while coaching high-potential leaders to advance the operation and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of multi-unit QSR or restaurant management experience.
• Proven track record managing and developing General Managers.
• Deep understanding of restaurant P&L, labor, food cost, sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple restaurant locations.
• Partner with General Managers to drive sales, profitability, and operational results.
• Analyze and manage P&L, labor costs, food costs, and other expenses.
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold teams accountable.
• Coach and mentor management teams, identifying and developing high-potential employees.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits and operational reviews.
• Support recruiting, staffing, retention, and succession planning.
• Lead initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Area Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of multi-unit QSR or restaurant management experience
• Proven track record managing and developing General Managers
• Deep understanding of restaurant P&L, labor, food cost, sales, and profitability
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze business metrics and implement effective action plans
• Recruiting, staffing, and talent development experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Hamburger University certification preferred or required depending on location

Area Supervisor Preferred Background & Skills

• Comfort with financial statement analysis and business planning
