Job summary

Confidential is seeking a District Leader to oversee multiple restaurant operations within an assigned district in the United States. You will lead General Managers, drive sales growth, maximize profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction across all locations.

In this role you will develop district-wide strategies, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching to restaurant leadership. This position requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed across the district.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Experience overseeing multiple restaurant locations or multi-unit operations.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, guest service and financial management.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to travel within and outside the district, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective leadership to restaurant GMs and management teams.
• Oversee daily operations, including guest satisfaction and financial results across the district.
• Develop and implement district-wide strategies for sales growth and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Coach and develop General Managers to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health, safety and company policies.
