Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead operations across a defined group of restaurant locations in a multi-site, customer-focused environment. You will drive performance through strong leadership, people development, operational execution, and financial accountability.

You will partner with on-site restaurant leadership, coach and guide, while maintaining a hands-on presence across locations, overseeing hiring, training, and KPI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational metrics.
• Proficiency with business systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and leadership teams
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Drive operational consistency, compliance, and guest experience standards
• Monitor key performance indicators including labor, cost controls, and productivity
• Develop and execute action plans to support performance improvement, growth initiatives, and new restaurant openings
