Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations to ensure quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop General Managers and management teams to meet performance goals.
• Conduct regular in-store visits to monitor standards and execution.
• Analyze financial performance and implement plans for profitability and sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and health and safety regulations.
• Lead local marketing and community initiatives while promoting a guest-first culture.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and support rollout of new initiatives.

Area Supervisor Requirements & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)


• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills


• Ability to analyze financial reports and drive performance-based decisions

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel between locations

Area Supervisor Preferred Background & Skills

• Prior experience in a similar restaurant brand environment


• Familiarity with operational systems such as Workforce Management, KVS, or Team Scheduling


• ServSafe certification or equivalent
