Job summary

Jack in the Box is seeking a District Manager in California to drive sales and profits across 6–8 restaurants. You will provide clear direction and leadership to restaurant management, promoting a guest-centric culture with focus on service, food quality, and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Multi-unit leadership experience in foodservice or retail.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office and restaurant systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of all restaurant systems, procedures and safety requirements.
• Educate and consult with managers on financial performance and reports.
• Identify trends and implement action plans to improve sales and profit.
• Conduct community engagement and represent the company at events.
• Coach managers to improve guest experience, food quality, speed, and service.
• Ensure security equipment is operational and manage loss investigations.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop managers and leaders to build talent.
