Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across the district, ensuring guest satisfaction and alignment with company standards. You will coach managers, monitor operations, and drive performance in revenue, costs, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of restaurant experience required.
• 3–5 years in management roles, multi-unit preferred.
• Financial planning including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee restaurant management teams and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor QSC standards and conduct coaching and inspections.
• Communicate customer feedback to restaurant managers and follow up.
• Provide orientation and development opportunities for general managers.
• Recruit and promote talent; align management skills with district needs.
• Analyze business performance and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Support marketing programs and ensure legal compliance with policies.
