Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee Restaurant Management Teams across multiple locations. The District Manager ensures teams perform their responsibilities and meet expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.

The role requires training and coaching of team members, financial oversight, and active recruitment to optimize district results. Travel 4-5 days per week is required, and a valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit).
• Financial planning: budgeting, scheduling, P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures district teams are trained, motivated, and deliver total guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates restaurant QSC standards and provides coaching.
• Communicates customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and follows up.
• Ensures orientation and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Trains, coaches, and provides performance feedback to staff.
• Assesses performance of General Managers and GMITs against standards.
• Provides counseling or disciplinary actions when needed.
• Launches training on new products and programs; supports marketing strategies.
• Recruits and promotes talents to align with restaurant needs.
• Monitors business performance and takes corrective actions as needed.
