Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to oversee restaurant management teams within the district. You will ensure training, motivation, and accountability while driving guest satisfaction and financial results across multiple locations.

You will evaluate QSC standards, coach Managers, and implement development plans. Travel 4-5 days/week to assigned stores, with a strong focus on operations, safety, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of restaurant experience.
• 3-5 years in management, preferably multi-unit.
• Financial planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all district team members are trained, motivated, and deliver total guest satisfaction.
• Evaluate each restaurant's QSC standards and provide coaching and periodic inspections.
• Communicate customer feedback to Restaurant Management and follow up to resolve issues.
• Ensure General Managers and GMITs receive appropriate orientation, training, and development opportunities.
• Recruit and place capable General Managers and GMITs to match leadership to restaurant needs.
• Analyze business performance and take corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Support company marketing programs and evaluate local restaurant marketing strategies.
