Capstone Restaurant Group seeks a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across the district, ensuring top-tier guest experiences and adherence to company standards. You will train, coach, and evaluate GMs and GMITs, drive financial planning, and align resources with district goals.

The role requires extensive multi-unit restaurant experience, strong leadership, and ability to travel 4-5 days per week. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Competenze

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (multi-unit preferred).
• Financial planning aptitude including budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Mansioni

• Ensures district teams are trained, motivated, and deliver total guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates restaurant QSC standards; provides coaching and conducts inspections.
• Communicates customer feedback to Restaurant Managers and follows up for timely action.
• Ensures orientation, training, and development for General Managers and GMITs.
• Trains and provides regular performance feedback to improve team performance.
• Evaluates overall GM/GMIT performance against set standards and provides counsel as needed.
• Recruits and promotes team members; aligns skills with district needs.
• Analyzes business performance and initiates corrective actions from financial deviations.
• Supports marketing programs and evaluates local restaurant marketing strategies.
