Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a District Manager to lead restaurant management teams across the district, ensuring each location meets performance standards and delivers guest satisfaction. Required are 7–10 years in restaurants, 3–5 years in management, and strong financial planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L oversight.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 4–5 days per week are necessary.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years previous restaurant experience required.
• 3-5 years in management positions (preferably multi-unit).
• Financial planning aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all District Team Members are trained, motivated, and empowered to deliver total Guest satisfaction.
• Evaluates each restaurant’s QSC standards; provides feedback and coaching; conducts inspections.
• Communicates customer comments to Restaurant Management; follows up for timely resolution.
• Ensures all General Managers and GMITs receive orientation and development opportunities.
• Trains, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback to motivate and improve team performance.
• Evaluates overall performance of General Managers and GMITs against standards.
• Provides appropriate counseling and/or discipline when needed.
• Active recruitment of General Managers and GMITs; matches management skills to district needs.
