Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead multiple QSR locations as part of a Dunkin' franchise expansion. The role focuses on opening new sites, driving operational excellence, and building high-performing teams while achieving strong financial results across stores.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management, a proven track record in cost control, and leadership development in a fast-growth setting. Travel up to 70% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Experience in QSR, Grocery Retail, or Dunkin' a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers and their teams to foster high performance.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, safety regulations, and operational protocols across locations.
• Manage labor and food costs; drive sales growth through local marketing and promotions.
• Oversee cash handling and banking procedures; monitor financial performance and budgets.
• Lead rollout of new products and promotions; analyze data to close performance gaps.
