Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple QSR locations in partnership with Dunkin. You will open new stores, drive operational excellence, and develop high-performing teams across the franchise network.

The role reports to the VP of OPS and requires 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management, strong leadership, and travel up to 70% of the time. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 with a 20% bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, QSR, Grocery Retail, or Dunkin' a plus. Large geography and remote support preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.
• Travel as needed to various operation zones on day trips and overnight up to 70% of the time

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers and their teams.
• Foster accountability, respect, feedback, and high performance.
• Develop succession plans and talent development strategies.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, construction processes, health & permit regulations, and safety protocols.
• Be the liaison between Brand, Construction, Retailer, and ECC for continuous improvement.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits for operational consistency.
• Manage labor and food costs to meet budget targets.
• Drive sales growth through local marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Oversee cash handling and banking procedures across locations.
• Implement new product rollouts and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and develop action plans to address gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals
