Everyday Coffee Company, a Dunkin' franchise partner, is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple QSR locations in the Orlando area. You will lead new location openings, drive operational excellence, and develop high-performing teams to achieve financial results across stores.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and must travel up to 70% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• QSR, Grocery Retail, or Dunkin' a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 70% across operation zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Store Managers and teams to achieve targets.
• Ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Manage labor and food costs to meet budgets.
