Everyday Coffee Company is seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multiple locations as part of their aggressive growth plan in partnership with Dunkin’. The role requires strong leadership to hire and develop teams, ensure operational excellence, and achieve financial objectives.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience and a proven ability to drive sales and manage budgets effectively. The position offers a full-time role with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR or Grocery Retail.
• Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers and their teams.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety protocols.
• Manage labor and food costs to meet budget targets.
• Implement new product rollouts and promotional campaigns.
