Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, QSR, Grocery Retail, or Dunkin' a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations.
• Travel as needed to various operation zones on day trips and overnight up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor Store Managers and their teams to build high-performance locations.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & permit regulations, and safety protocols.
• Manage labor and food costs to meet budget targets and drive financial results.
• Drive sales growth through local marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Oversee cash handling and banking procedures across locations.
