Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead multiple QSR locations within the Dunkin' franchise network. You will open new sites, drive operational excellence, build high-performing teams, and deliver strong financial results across stores.

Reporting to the VP of OPS, you will oversee labor and food costs, execute local marketing, ensure brand standards, and develop talent with succession plans while traveling up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR, Grocery Retail, or Dunkin' a plus).
• Ability to lead across a large geography with remote support preference.
• Willingness to travel between locations up to 70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor Store Managers and teams to high performance.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, health & permit regulations, and safety protocols.
• Manage labor and food costs to meet budget targets and drive sales growth via local marketing.
• Implement new product rollouts and promotional campaigns; analyze performance data and address gaps.
